The library's policy is that return postage is up to the borrower. If a patron asks for postage assistance/brings up extenuating circumstances, and the item is a long-term tech loan, Access services may be able to create a FedEx return label. Get the patron's email address and send chat to Access services for follow-up. For any material that is not a long-term tech loan, we are unable to help with postage.
