I have a [Banner] hold on my university account because of the library -- what can I do?

First, look student up in Alma to see how much is due on their account or refer question to DPE.

Respond: You have fine of $xx.xx. You'll need to pay that fine in order to get the hold on your account released. 

Currently, we have two option for paying your fines:

  1. You can come to the 1st floor Checkout Desk and pay the fine using ScrappyCash on your MocsCard.
