Get patron information- what error messages are they seeing; are they a current UTC student, staff, or faculty.

  1. Make sure patron is logged into their Library Account  with UTCID/PW
  2. Try a different browser.
  3. Close browser completely and reopen. 
  4. Clear history/cache in browser.
  5. Look at Database Access Help Guide: https://guides.lib.utc.edu/database-access-help for more
  6. If not solved, take patron information and forward chat to libcommons list.
